LSQ Condos is a mixed-use residential condominium development by Almadev in North York. This new pre-construction project is located at 2550 Victoria Park Avenue on the southwest corner of Sheppard Avenue East and Victoria Park Ave. Conveniently located by the Don Valley Parkway, and Highway 401, this area is perfect for commuters.

LSQ Condos will have four blocks that will include a retail component, three new roads and a public park. The existing two offices located in the quadrant will be retained and the complex will also include a new 19-storey employment building, making this community the perfect area to eat, sleep, work and play.

Tower B will face Victoria Park Ave, the east-side of this block and will include a 4-storey mixed-use podium, and will rise up to 27 storeys and will house another 297 units.
